How the form system will work.


The client will fill in the form which is available to the public on the website.
The completed form will be sent to the e-mail address with the values to be entered in text format.


Once the form has been received, the web administrator will send the client a URL  (using their usual e-mail account) from which the client will be able to access a hidden area on the website that will reveal two files:

  • PDF version of the contract
  • PDF version of the form to be completed, printed and signed.

There will be two URLs, one with the documents in Spanish and another with the documents in English. It will be the web administrator who decides which language is to be used. 

When the client receives said e-mail, he/she will download the documents in order to:

  • Read the contract.
  • Complete, print, sign and scan it.

The client shall then send the scanned document to or by post to the following address:

This will conclude the process.
